First you will need a fabric tape
measure and a full length mirror. If you don't have a fabric tape measure, you
can use a piece of string or ribbon and line it up against a ruler or
yardstick. For the best fit, wear little or no clothing while measuring. Take
measurements in inches. To ensure a comfortable fit, pull tape measure snug,
but not too tight.
With your arms relaxed at your sides,
measure completely around the fullest part of your chest keeping the tape a bit

natural waistline. Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one

measure around the widest part of the hip line, at the top of your legs, which
is usually about 7-9" below your natural waistline.

A good fit is not only looking great but
