Shipping Information
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
All orders placed with BouBouDress.com are shipped via USPS.
All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification.
**We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address**

We need approximately 3-5 business days for processing an order before shipping.
Orders placed before 11am (EST) Monday to Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after
11am (EST) Monday to Friday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 11am (EST) on Friday will
be processed the following Monday.
SHIPPING
All available shipping methods and the cost for each shipping method will be determined in your shopping cart once you have entered your shipping address zip code. We ship to all locations in the United States as well as International locations.
*Please note that the shipping method that you choose takes place from the day that we have your dress ready to ship and not from the date that you have placed the order.
SHIPPING DAYS
All shipping days are business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges will be added to the cost of merchandise in the shopping cart on the ground basis.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
All merchandise is subject to stock availability. Shipping times may vary depending on the time of year.
Merchandise will ship according to the Availability on the Shopping Cart Check out Page.
(i.e. Availabilty: 48-72 hrs, 1-2 weeks, Back Order, etc) As availability is constantly changing during the course of a
day, especially during prom season, we suggest placing your order as soon as you have selected a dress.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged only on orders billed to residents of New Jersey (NJ: 7% Sales Tax)
